Take Advantage of a Low Premium on
Comprehensive EPLI Coverage!

As a Buffalo Wild Wings® restaurant operator who values peace of mind, you should be aware of—and take the steps necessary to avoid—the risks that claims alleging discrimination, sexual harassment, wrongful termination and retaliation can have on your business.

Having comprehensive Employment Practices Liability Insurance (EPLI) coverage to protect against employment disputes is necessary in today’s business climate. Some of your fellow association members have already made BWNFA EPLI a valuable component of their company’s risk management strategy, and because your BWNFA understands the risks you undertake everyday in running your business, we want to be there for you, too.

This year is the perfect time to enroll in the EPLI program, as your BWNFA was able to secure outstanding insurance premiums through its partnership with broker, Tobias Insurance. Underwritten by Lexington Insurance Company, the EPLI program allows you to take advantage of an improved cost construction including highly competitive premiums with a low deductible.

Ready to Enroll? Please complete an application and fax it to the BWNFA Business Insurance office at (678) 797-5170. Please allow up to three weeks prior to your effective start date for processing. After coverage is bound, your BWNFA EPLI team will send you an invoice for payment.

If you have any questions or need assistance, please call our Insurance Services team at (866) 402-7952, or e-mail us.
